Prummo is a digital platform that allows service professionals to create, send and manage quotes, as well as receive payments from their customers. Prummo is not a service provider; it acts exclusively as a technological intermediary between the professional and their customer.
The professional registered on Prummo is solely responsible for the execution of services contracted with their customers. This includes:
Payments made through the platform are processed by Stripe on behalf of the professional. The amounts received are transferred to the professional's bank account according to Stripe's payment schedule.
When online payments are active, the prices shown on quotes include a platform and payment processing fee. This fee is transparently presented to the professional.
The instalment payment option via Klarna is subject to an additional fee, presented to the customer before payment confirmation.
Any refunds or returns are the exclusive responsibility of the professional. The customer must contact the professional directly to request a refund. Prummo does not intervene in or mediate refund processes.
By activating online payments, the professional accepts the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Prummo uses artificial intelligence services to transcribe voice recordings and structure quotes. Voice recordings are processed by third-party providers (Soniox for transcription, Anthropic Claude for structuring) and are retained for a maximum period of 90 days, after which they are deleted.
By using the voice recording feature, the user consents to the processing of their voice by these AI services.
Prummo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that use the platform for illegal purposes, or that harm the operation of the platform or the interests of other users.
Prummo is not responsible for disputes between the professional and the customer, for the quality of services provided, for delays in the execution of work, or for any damages resulting from the use of the platform. Prummo provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms, the courts of the Lisbon district shall have jurisdiction.
