2. Data Collected

We collect the following personal data:

• Identification data: name, email, phone, tax ID
• Professional data: profession, company name, address
• Voice data: voice recordings for AI-powered quote creation
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe (we do not store card data)
• Customer data: name and phone number of professionals' customers

3. Legal Basis

• Contractual performance: data necessary to provide the platform service
• Legitimate interest: service improvement and fraud prevention
• Consent: voice processing by artificial intelligence

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Voice recordings are processed by:

• Soniox: voice-to-text transcription
• Anthropic (Claude): structuring text into quote items

These providers may process data outside the European Union. Transfers are carried out based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as a payment processor. Card data is handled directly by Stripe and never passes through Prummo's servers.

6. Retention Period

• Voice recordings: up to 90 days, after which they are deleted
• Account data: retained while the account is active, deleted upon deletion request
• Payment data: retained in accordance with tax and accounting legal obligations

7. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify incorrect data
• Request the deletion of your data (you can delete your account and all associated data directly in the application Settings)

8. Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

9. Cookies

Prummo uses only strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the platform, namely session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
