On the items step, switch between List and Sections with one tap, and nothing is lost if you switch back to a list. Each section shows its own subtotal, and the order you set is the order the client sees. Save any section as a template and reuse it on the next similar job.

The 'What the client sees' card, on the review step, sums it all up in one sentence: how many items, in how many sections, and whether each item's price is shown. Turn 'Show item prices' and the 'Material / labour summary' on or off, then tap 'View as the client' to confirm. The PDF follows the same layout by section, and reads clearly even in black and white.
