Where do leads in Prummo's inbox come from?

Leads come from the quote request form on your public professional page. Anyone who finds your profile on Google or via a shared link can send a request without creating an account.

Does the customer need to create an account to send a request?

No. The customer fills in a simple form with their name, contact, and job description. They can also attach photos and record a voice note. No account or app installation needed.

How do I respond to a lead?

Each lead in the inbox has a button to create a quote with the customer's details already filled in. You can also reply via WhatsApp directly from Prummo, with the opening message pre-formatted.

Can I see the status of each lead?

Yes. Each lead moves through the statuses new, contacted, scheduled, won, and lost. You can update the status manually or let Prummo update it automatically when you create a quote or schedule a visit.
