Every quote has a client link. The moment the client opens that link, Prummo sends a push notification to your phone: client name, quote amount, and reference. No guessing whether they read it, no ringing to ask 'did you get it?'. You know in real time that the client is looking at the quote.

Calling right after the client opens the quote dramatically increases acceptance rates. The client has the quote in front of them, with fresh questions, still interested. Prummo also shows the history: how many times the client opened it, on which devices, and for how long. If they've reopened the quote three times, they're about to decide.

When you send a quote through Prummo, the client gets a unique link. When they open that link, the system records the view and sends you a push notification with the client name and quote amount.
The client only sees the quote, with no indication that the view was recorded. It's private information that helps you follow up at the right moment, without invading the client's privacy.
The alert works when the client opens the link shared by WhatsApp or email. If the client downloads the PDF and opens it later without the link, that view isn't recorded.
Yes. Each quote shows the total number of views and the date of the last one. If the client reopens it several times, that's a strong signal of interest and a good moment to call.
